The Floydada I.S.D. Board met on Monday, October 7 and recognized the following students and staff for their efforts to make education the best it can be. Each month the staff selects students that exemplify education at its best and those students are recognized at the monthly school board meeting. The A.B.Duncan student recognized were Itzel Baltazar and Kanon Rainwater, grade 5. The Floydada Junior High Students of the month were Diana Carmona and O’Brian Diaz, grade 8. The Floydada High School students recognized were MaKayla Garcia and Tyson Snell, grade 12. The elementary support staff selected this month was Nelda Ochoa. The secondary support staff of the month was Dorcus Baker Congratulations to each of these students and employees and thank you for your hard work.
