Blood Drive in the HS Cafeteria April 7

Floydada Collegiate P-TECH The Principles of Engineering Class toured Lighthouse Electric.  Mike Green and Tate Glasscock gave students information on the history of the cooperative, gave demonstrations on the use of drones in the industry as well as a live demonstration of the work of a lineman. The students explored different career opportunities with the industry as well. It was also exciting to see some former Floydada graduates on the job.  #whirlwindpride 💚🌪️

Senior Supper - Save the Date

Floydada Collegiate Ag Principles of Agriculture The Principals of Ag class used the table saw, miter saw, jigsaw, router, orbital sander, and drill to make curio shelves. They finished up by staining and varnishing them. Students gained a lot of knowledge on several different power tools on this project. #whirlwindpride 💚🌪️
