Attention JH and HS Parents and Students

REGISTRATION UPDATE: Secondary parents, Mr. Rocket will be at registration on both days to take fine payments. We will be doing laptop rollout differently this year and laptops will be handed out the second and third day of school. If at all possible, please make the $20 minimum fine payment at registration so your child can receive their laptop quickly. Thank you!

FCISD Parents: Student registration will be Tuesday and Wednesday, July 28th & 29th at the Floydada Collegiate High School Cafeteria from 8:00am to 7:00pm. Parent Portal is currently open as of today, Monday, July 27th. You may now login and complete your student’s registration at home if you are able. Come to the high school Tuesday or Wednesday to print your confirmation form and sign the extra registration forms that are not on Parent Portal. If you are not able to do your Registration at home we will have laptops available for you in the cafeteria, just be sure to have your login information with you when you come. Thank you!

Here is the physical paperwork for you to print and fill out. It has the clinic information already on it, which will speed up the process on Friday.

Athletic/band physicals will be held here at the training room this Friday from 1 pm - 3 pm. Cash, check, or card for payment.

Lady Winds are getting better together! They have been working hard in the weight room this summer. We had 20 girls at session 1.  If you missed this morning , Session 2 starts at 5! #whirlwindpride 💚🌪️

FCISD's CEN Network is offering students in grades 3rd-8th the opportunity to attend Camp CENergy at the 4-H Conference Center in Brownwood FREE.

Dates are July 26-30.

Senior Noah Fierros joined students from across the United States in Washington, D.C., this week for the 2026 Congressional Art Competition awards ceremony. Noah won the Texas 19th Congressional District competition, earning the opportunity to have his winning photograph displayed in the U.S. Capitol for one year. While in Washington, Noah met with members of Congressman Jodey Arrington’s staff, toured the nation’s capital, and celebrated alongside other Congressional Art Competition winners from across the country.

The Lady Winds wrapped up WT Team Camp with a hard-fought loss to the State Runner-Up Mason Cowgirls, falling by 12 points. While we left some opportunities on the court, this group continues to show growth and prove that we’re moving in the right direction. Thank you to our community for your support and generosity. Because of you, our players had the opportunity to compete against outstanding competition, gain valuable experience, and continue building toward the future of Lady Winds Basketball.
