Floydada Collegiate High School and Junior High students were given information about the dangers of fentanyl and how to administer Narcan from Albert Soto- Gonzalez with Central Plains Center.
While we hope they never have to use this information, we want them to know what to do should this type of emergency arise.

Brittany Falcon has received her acceptance letter and will attend Wayland in the Fall.

WT 5th Annual Sports Medicine Seminar
Our student trainers went through a Functional Movement Screening workshop where they learned how to test certain qualities of strength, balance, and flexibility in themselves and each other. These skills can be used in future evaluations. They also went on a campus tour where they saw the facilities, had a great lunch in the WT cafeteria, and listened to a guest speaker give a motivational talk on how to be successful as a college freshman.
This was a great opportunity for our student trainers!
