Secondary campus parents and students, we ask one more time that if you have not done the laptop software update for the STAAR test, please do so tonight if at all possible if you are taking the English I or English II test this week. The update takes about 20 minutes, possible more to install and we really want to start testing first thing in the morning. Thanks!

On Monday, April 4, at 7pm, the One Act Play will be performing their contest show “dirt” at the Floydada Performing Arts Center Auditorium. The event is free and open to the public.
Floydada secondary schools will open our cafeteria Monday from 8:30-3:30 for any student needing to turn in work for 5th six weeks.
Floydada Collegiate Junior High and High Schools students of the day were Karlie McHam, Kyla Taylor, Amelia Snowden, and Wesley Crowe!
It was a beautiful day to play tennis. We took advantage of the great weather and were able to come out District Champs. We won both the boys and girls district titles. We won the overall district championship. I’m very proud of the way our kids represented Floydada. Here are the results:

We have recently had students with Gel Ball Blasters (electric gel ball guns/splat guns) on school grounds. For the safety of our students, these guns are not allowed on school property or at school activities. It is illegal to shoot someone with these guns without their consent and doing so could result in legal consequences.
